How to Redirect Your Feed to Google FeedBurner




Most of blogs and websites are publish a feed of their content automatically. Even many other services such as photo-hosting services offer feed of their own too. The feed is a way to distribute your content beyond your visitors and others will allows to subscribe to your updates via news readers or any other possible way. However your default feed alone is just allows users to subscribe to your updates. But would you like to manage your feed in a more efficient way and make it more fruitful?

Google FeedBurner is a popular Web Feed Management service which will helps to personalize your feed and make more out of it. It will gives you more control over your site feed and it offers exclusive services to personalize your feed. FeedBurner will always keep track of your subscribers and statistics. In addition it will give you opportunity to monetize your feed too. However site owners will find it more useful for them as it offer more features such as email subscriptions, allow sending updates to social networks. Also FeedBurner will enhance compatibility of your feed and help subscribers to subscribe to your feed easily. Before You Go:

* You need to have a Google account before you start with FeedBurner. If you haven't got one, create a new Google account.

Steps:

1. Log in to FeedBurner using you Google account.

2. Now you will see a textbox with a label Burn a feed right this instant on the FeedBurner homepage. Enter your site address or feed address in the textbox and click Next.


3. If you have entered your site address, FeedBurner will automatically find your default feed addresses associated with your site. Select one of feed address you prefer to use and click Next button.

4. Specify a Title for your feed and select preferable FeedBurner feed address as your Feed Address. Then click Next button to create your FeedBurner feed.

5. Click Next button after taking note of your FeedBurner Feed Address.

6. Now you have to configure FeedBurner statistic options. Select all the options and click Next button.

How do you direct a current feed to a new one? (WordPress) Searching the web and you came up on page one for this one.
